Day 8: Chosen

You are chosen by the King of kings and Lord of lords.

1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

• Spend some time in praise. Praise God that He has chosen you in Christ before the foundation of the world! Praise Him for bringing you out of darkness and into his wonderful light!
• Pray for Canada to truly be a ‘holy nation’ filled with believers who desire to declare the power, presence and praises of Jesus Christ.
• As women who are chosen by God ask God to help you put on compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience.  Ask God to help you bear with one another, forgiving each other and above all to love. (Col 3:12-14)

God has chosen us all to go and bear fruit that will last. Wherever God has placed you no matter the challenges you face, you are called to abide and bear fruit. Ask God to produce fruit through you as you abide in Him and choose to step out to speak and serve in His strength. (John 15:16)
