What is The Studio?

The Studio is a 9-month leadership cohort designed to form, fuel, and fortify women leaders across Canada. Whether you serve in the church, the marketplace, or are stepping into leadership for the first time, this experience offers Scripturally grounded, spiritually rich leadership formation alongside a diverse community of women.

Who is this for?

We offer three unique tracks to meet you where you are:

• Ministry & Pastoral Leaders – for women in churches, missions, theological education, or faith-based organizations.

• Marketplace Leaders – for women leading in business, nonprofits, entrepreneurship, or corporate spaces.

• Momentum (Emerging) Leaders – for students, young professionals, or those sensing a new call to lead.

You don’t need a title—just a desire to lead well and live deeply.

You’ll walk away with biblical insight, leadership tools, and personal growth that transforms.

What’s included?

Monthly online sessions (2.5 hours)

• Access to a leadership coach & small peer cluster

• Curated resources, reflection prompts & prayer tools

• National & international mentors and guest sessions

• Optional in-person gatherings and retreats

• A community of sisters cheering you on

How much time will it take?

Plan for 4–6 hours/month including:

• Monthly cohort session

• Monthly coaching/prayer cluster 

• Short reading, journaling, or reflection practices

We know your time is valuable—we’ve built this to form your leadership without overwhelming your life.

What does it cost?

• $1,000 CAD for the full 9-month experience

• A deposit of $525 is required upon registration (if choosing the payment plan option)

• Please note: Each participant will be responsible for their own transportation and any accommodations associated with the in-person summit in September 2026 in the GTA.

How do I apply?

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, after you pay the deposit of $525 upon registration, you can make the second instalment of $525 4-months after the program begins.

Do I need to be in formal leadership?

Nope. You just need to be a woman who senses God inviting you to step forward—to lead, influence, serve, or build with purpose. If that’s you, you belong.

Is this program denominational?

The Studio is Christ-centred and interdenominational. We welcome women from across theological backgrounds who desire to lead with faith, integrity, and courage.

Can my church or employer sponsor me?

Yes! We’ve included a sponsorship request letter you can use and personalize to share with your church or community to invest in your leadership. Your investment will bear fruit for years to come.

Can I invite a friend to join?

Absolutely. Some of the best growth happens in community. Invite a friend, co-worker, or fellow leader to apply with you—you can even journey together in the same cluster.

Who leads this?

The Studio is powered by Gather Women and guided by experienced Canadian mentors, coaches, and thought leaders. You’ll be formed by women who’ve lived out what they teach.
