Dear friends, family, church, and those who have invested in me along the way,

I want to share something important with you.

This fall I have the opportunity to be part of The Studio 2026, a nine-month leadership and spiritual formation cohort created by Gather Women for women who are leading in ministry, business, non-profit work, the church, and their communities.

At this stage of my life, I’m realizing that leadership isn’t just about learning new strategies, gaining more skills, or working harder. It’s about becoming the kind of person who can carry responsibility, influence, and calling in a healthy, grounded, and sustainable way.

That’s why I’m saying yes to The Studio.

Over these nine months, I’ll be learning things like:

• How to lead from identity—not pressure, performance, or comparison
• How to discern God’s voice and make courageous decisions in uncertain seasons
• How to navigate conflict, difficult conversations, and leadership tension with wisdom
• How to understand power, authority, influence, and the unique way God has wired me to lead
• How to build healthier rhythms, boundaries, and practices that help leadership become sustainable for the long haul
• How to lead change, carry vision, and stay spiritually rooted while serving others

I’ll also be mentored by seasoned women leaders, work through guided curriculum, receive coaching, and finish the experience with a retreat designed for reflection, prayer, commissioning, and next steps.

My hope is not simply to grow for myself.

My hope is to bring what I learn back into the places God has already called me—to serve my church more faithfully, strengthen the teams I lead, invest more intentionally in others, and bring healthier leadership into my workplace, ministry, family, and community.

The investment for this experience is $1,200 CAD, and I’m inviting a small circle of people who believe in me and in the importance of healthy leadership to consider helping sponsor part of this journey.
