Meet the Speakers

Cathie is a passionate advocate for women’s equity in all spheres of influence, including the local church, focusing on raising up the now and next generation of leaders. Her work as a leadership catalyst, communicator, consultant, and certified executive coach has led her to equip leaders globally, including serving on the World Evangelical Fellowship Women’s Commission. She is Visionary and Leadership Catalyst of Gather Women (www.gatherwomen.com), a transformational movement that connects, equips, and mobilizes the female church in Canada. Cathie also serves as a Strategic Partnership Catalyst with the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, hosting the Masterclass Series Perspectives: Voices of Women Shaping Church and Culture.

Pam has served in ministry to women for over four decades, through both local churches and para-church organizations. For 17 years, she ministered as a pastor’s wife. Prior to joining the faculty of Moody Bible Institute in 2004, she led Moody’s Women’s Conferences for five years. She and currently oversees both the Ministry to Women and Ministry to Victims of Sexual Exploitation majors. Pam is a frequent speaker at women's retreats, conferences, and leadership seminars across the country.

Kim is the founder and leader of Flourishing Together, a Canadian ministry dedicated to creating spaces where women can come together, grow in God's Word, and flourish. Whether training volunteers, planning and running events, or speaking to groups, Kim’s heart is to build Christ-centered community. She equips and encourages others to grow, flourish, and make a meaningful impact for the Kingdom.

Married to her husband Joelayne for 24 years, Kim is a proud mom of four as they navigate the exciting season of late teens and young adulthood.

Jen is a disciple of Jesus who delights in helping people to understand God’s Word and to live in God’s story. She is a New Testament scholar and holds a PhD in New Testament from the University of St Andrews. She is a Saskatchewan farm girl at heart who serves as Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Tyndale University in Toronto.

Kayla Smith is a Gen Z leader and the Canadian Director of HowToLife Movement, a global youth-led movement mobilizing young people to boldly live and share their faith through student led evangelistic events and missional community. She got involved with HowToLife at just 14 years old and has since grown into a national leadership role, now equipping and empowering her peers to lead with confidence,character, and  conviction. At 21, Kayla is helping reach,disciple, and mobilize a generation of Christian leaders across Canada. With a heart for discipleship and revival, she brings a unique perspective on faith, leadership, and mission—rooted in real-life experience and a deep love for the Church and her generation.
