This movement was born from a growing need we’ve seen and felt: a space for women in ministry leadership to connect, grow, and lead with boldness and clarity. In a world that often questions or overlooks the leadership of women in the Church, Gather to Lead is our response—a community and a call. We know that when women rise, communities are transformed.

Why now?

Because the Church needs the full expression of the gifts God has given His people—women included. Too often, women lead in isolation, under-resourced and under-recognized. Gather to Lead is about changing that. It’s about creating a vibrant, intentional space to gather, be equipped, and go out empowered to make a real impact.

Come join us on a journey designed to deepen your leadership, strengthen your soul, and connect you with a diverse community of women across Canada and beyond.

What is The Studio? The Studio is a 9-month intentional leadership cohort designed to help you gather your inner life and lead others with renewed clarity and conviction. You’ll walk alongside a diverse circle of women who are becoming spiritually grounded, biblically equipped, and practically empowered.

Included in The Studio:

  • A 2-day in-person meetup April 2026

  • Monthly virtual immersives with world-class coaches beginning August 2025

    • 1 hour per month of cohort connection

    • 1 hour per month of peer cluster coaching sessions

  • 1 hour per month of curated reading

  • 1 hour per month of guided listening

  • Access to a private online community
