Nicola is a passionate executive leader, advocate, and speaker who has dedicated her life to ministry for hurting young women and vulnerable populations. Since 1996, her career has spanned direct frontline care, innovative program development, and executive oversight. She has served on staff at a residential home for pregnant teens, developed and managed a specialized program for adults living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and currently serves as the Executive Director of Mercy Canada, a national ministry based in Langley, BC.
In her role, Mercy Canada since 2008, Nicola provides the strategic vision, financial stewardship, and leadership necessary to drive the ministry forward across Canada. Beyond her operational expertise, Nicola is highly skilled in non-profit governance. She works closely with a variety of governing structures, collaborating effectively with policy, fiduciary, advisory, and active working boards to ensure organizational health and mission integrity.
